Official Calendar

Meetings

• Frequency: Our regular meetings occur bi-weekly from mid-September to the end of June.

• Start Time: 7:30 PM.

• Reminders: Meeting reminders, outing notices, and special event updates are emailed to members in good standing.

• Guests: First-time visitors are welcome to attend an in-person meeting as our guest.

• Format: Meetings are conducted both in-person and online via Zoom.

• Location: In-person meetings take place at the Marine Institute lecture theatre, room W3005. Use the central stairs to the third floor and turn left (west).

Outings and Special Events

• Frequency: Our outings occur frequently throughout the year, with a special weekend-long travel outing in late June.

• Guest Speakers: Announcements about guest speakers are added to the calendar throughout the year.

• Suggestions: Members are encouraged to suggest outing locations and events of interest using the Suggest an Outing form on that page. Assistance with organizing events or coordinating speakers is welcomed and appreciated.
