The 2017-2018 season was a quieter year for Camera 35 in terms of national awards, but it was still a testament to the dedication and talent of our members. The competition across Canada was incredibly fierce, with many exceptional entries from photographers nationwide. Despite this, Michael Winsor proudly secured a Bronze Medal for his breathtaking image Kirkjufell Northern Lights, a stunning capture of Iceland’s iconic mountain under a dazzling aurora.

While the number of awards was fewer than in previous years, simply participating at this level is a remarkable achievement. Camera 35 remains incredibly proud of all our members who submitted their work, and we celebrate their continued pursuit of photographic excellence.

Congratulations to Michael Winsor for representing the club on the national stage once again, and to all our members who challenged themselves in this highly competitive year!
